What the information on this site is, what it is not, and the limits on relying on it.

This site is operated by Kingdom Realty, which trades under the agency licence of eXp New Zealand Ltd, licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. Using the site means you accept what is on this page.
Property details, floor areas, land areas, boundaries, rates, zoning, chattels and school zones are supplied to us by the vendor and by public records. We pass them on in good faith and we check what we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that every figure is correct.
Before you buy, get your own advice. Have your solicitor read the title and the sale and purchase agreement, get your own building report, and confirm anything that matters to your decision. Nothing on this site is a substitute for that, and a buyer who relies only on an advertisement is taking a risk no agent can carry for them.
A market appraisal from us is our professional opinion of the likely selling range, based on comparable sales and the condition of the market on the day we give it. It is provided in writing, as the Real Estate Agents Act requires. It is not a registered valuation and it is not an accounting, tax or lending figure. If you need a registered valuation, you need a registered valuer, and we will tell you when that is the right call.
Photographs, floor plans, renders and site plans are indicative. Renders of a development show a design intention and the finished building can differ. Where a listing, project or figure on this site is an illustration rather than a real property, it is labelled as an example on the page.
Any calculator or estimate on this site is a guide built on the numbers you enter. It is general information, not personalised financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Talk to your solicitor, your accountant or a licensed financial adviser before acting on any of it.
The design, text, guides and tools on this site belong to us. You are welcome to read them, print them and share a link. You may not republish them as your own or use them commercially without our written permission.
Where we link to somewhere else, including listing portals and the Real Estate Authority, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for what is on it.
We keep the site running and accurate as best we can, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site or from relying on general information published on it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any right you have under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.
